If you attend a Lady Gaga performance, you should no doubt be ready for uninmagineable surprises. However, no concertgoer in the crowd of the superstar’s Las Vegas Enigma show could predict the treat she had in store for them on Saturday, January 26. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper treated fans to a live performance of Shallow
The pair sang Shallow, the nominated anthem in their eight-time Oscar-recognized film. As the Park Theater permeated with cheers and anticipation, Bradley took to a microphone and stool beside Gaga’s piano, and began to sing. Mama monster knelt by his side and lovingly stared up at her cohort, as the crowd continued to go wild.
Things escalated to an even more magical level when Lady Gaga took the helm and sang her part. Eventually, the A-listers sat on the piano and belted out the catchy tune together, with Gaga taking Bradley’s hand sentimentally at the end of it all. The song is also set to be performed at the Academy Awards at the end of February.
Lady Gaga kicked off her extravagant – and already selling-out – Vegas residency on December 28, 2018. As of now, she’s offering two select experiences: Enigma and “Jazz & Piano” through November 9, 2019. This wonderful new adventure comes alongside the current celebrations of her previous on-screen work.
The Million Reasons singer tied with Glenn Close for “Best Actress” at the Critic’s Choice Awards on Sunday, January 13. “Honored to win this one alongside you Glenn,” she later wrote on Instagram with a photo of them. “Thank you @criticschoice for these honors!”
