Katie Holmes was spotted again with her rumored hot boyfriend. Over the past month, Holmes has been spotted with Jason Bard Yarmosky, with the two seen together on outings in The Hamptons and New York. Recently, the two went on a shopping date in the city.

Holmes wore a white button-up shirt she matched with light wash jeans. She completed the look with black flats and her hair held back in a half bun. She was carrying some large shopping bags and was captured smiling by photographers.
Yarmosky was wearing jeans and a black tank top, showing off his toned arms. He was spotted carrying Holmes' red tote bag.

Over the past month, Holmes and Yarmosky have been photographed together on numerous occasions. The first time they were photographed was at the Hamptons premiere of the movie "The Invite," with the two holding hands.
According to an onlooker, the two had a good time together. “[Yarmosky] was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night," they said to PEOPLE. “They sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.”

This marks Holmes' most public relationship since 2022, when she dated the musician Bobby Wooten III for about eight months. In the past, she's dated numerous celebrities, including Tom Cruise, Joshua Jackson, and Jamie Foxx. She also dated the chef Emilio Vitolo Jr.
