As reported by various outlets, Beckham's ceremony will feature appearances by key figures in the entertainment world, including Tom Cruise and his wife, Victoria Beckham

All of the Beckham kids are expected to attend, except Brooklyn. “Even if he did want to see them at the Walk of Fame, Nicola would not take too kindly to it,” said a source to Page Six.

Brooklyn has reportedly not seen his parents and siblings in over a year

Brooklyn has reportedly not seen his family in over a year. According to a family insider, while his wife Nicola Peltz plays a role in the family split, the main reason why Brooklyn remains apart from his family is due to his own decision. “Two things can be true; Nicola can be difficult, and Brooklyn does not want to see his parents," said the source.

What have Victoria and David said about the rift?

Brooklyn Beckham kicked off his year by clarifying some things with the public. In a post shared on Instagram, Brooklyn revealed that he had no interest in reuniting with his parents and siblings, revealing that the anxiety he had grown up with had diminished after he decided to create some boundaries with his family. He claimed that his family had a difficult relationship with Nicola and that his parents had long wanted to drive a wedge in his relationship.

"My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped. My mum cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress," reads a part of Brooklyn's statement. "Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children."

Over the past year, Brooklyn and Nicola have focused on their own family

In the case of Victoria and David, the two have addressed the rift peripherally. “We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be. And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children," said Victoria in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.

When asked about her "challenging year" in an appearance on the "Today Show," Victoria said, “We always put our children first. We love our children so much and we’ve always really focused on protecting our children.”
