Kaley Cuoco is one of US TV's top actresses after playing Peggy for 12 years in successful sitcom The Big Bang Theory, whose final episode aired last May. For a while, she was also the best paid acress on TV!
The 33 year-old actress has loved animals since she was a child. This love led her to become a huge advocate of animal rights and adopt several dogs herself.

Rescuing animals since she was a child
Kaley was ten when she fell in love with animals, and when she became aware of how many people mistreat them - that's why she decided to save as many as she could.
Kaley found out Pitbulls are regularly stereotyped as dangerous, when in fact the truth is often the opposite. This was the main reason she started her rescue work.
Kaley works with many associations
The actress finds it hard to understand why people mistreat their pets. She also doesn’t get why they wouldn’t just take the animal to a shelter, instead of making them suffer.
The star is a member of several associations, such as Much Love Animal Rescue, Paws Works, and many others.
Her great inspiration
Kaley Cuoco gave a home to Norman, a Pitbull cross, knowing they would be very happy together. He had a broken paw when she adopted him.
She named her production agency after her four-legged Norman: Yes, Norman Productions
An advocate of adoption
The actress best known for playing Peggy uses her social media to speak about her relationship with the pups who are always by her side.
She also uses these channels to promote animal adoption, and won't rest until every stray has found a home.
Very special witnesses
Kaley's life has changed completely since her furry children came into her life. On her the day of her marriage to Karl Cook in July last year, Sherley, Ruby, Tank and Norman were some very special witnesses at the wedding.
The newest member of the family
The most recent addition to the family is Blueberry, who came to them in February. The pup fits in really well with his new furry brothers and sisters; Kaley believes adoption is the best way to give a pup a second chance at life and show them what love truly is.
Shared beliefs
Husband Karl Cook, who also rides horses, is a great animal lover and defender of animals rights as well. The couple has brought many different species home to their California mansion, including horses, rabbits, chickens, and more.
A very special family
Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook have created a very special family with her four-legged children, as she calls them, as she enjoys her first, happy year of marriage and all the beautiful moments it has brought.
