Princess Iman of Jordan is officially a mom of three! The daughter of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania has welcomed twin girls with her husband, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, bringing double the joy to the Jordanian royal family.
The Royal Hashemite Court announced the happy news on Friday, August 14, confirming that the couple had welcomed two daughters.

The Royal Hashemite Court congratulated Princess Iman and Jameel on the birth of their daughters and extended its congratulations and best wishes to King Abdullah and Queen Rania on the happy occasion.

A royal surprise:
The arrival of two babies comes just over a month after Queen Rania revealed that her daughter was expecting again.
© PPEOn July 9, the Queen shared a touching family photo showing Iman with her growing baby bump alongside Jameel and little Amina.
"A new joy on the way... Congratulations to Iman, Jameel and my beloved Amina who is going to be a big sister," Rania wrote in Arabic, adding in English, "The grandchildren club is growing, and we couldn’t be happier for Iman, Jameel and soon-to-be big sister Amina."
© Abaca PressAt the time, the pregnancy was reported as Princess Iman expecting her second child. The confirmation that she has welcomed twin daughters therefore brings an unexpected double celebration for the family.
The Royal Hashemite Court has not announced the newborn girls' names.
King Abdullah and Queen Rania's growing family:
The twins are the latest additions to King Abdullah and Queen Rania's rapidly growing group of grandchildren.
© PPEThe royal couple first became grandparents on August 3, 2024, when Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa welcomed their daughter, Princess Iman, who was named after her aunt.
Just over six months later, Princess Iman and Jameel welcomed Amina in February 2025. At the time, Queen Rania celebrated becoming a grandmother again with a heartfelt message, writing, "My darling Iman is now a mother. We’re grateful and overjoyed to meet Amina, our family’s newest blessing."
