Amber Heard turns park time into a workout in Madrid

Amber Heard is keeping her active streak going in Madrid, and her latest outing shows that staying fit does not necessarily require carving out hours away from family life.

The 40-year-old actress was photographed spending time outdoors with her three children in the Spanish capital, where she has established a notably more private day-to-day routine in recent years. While the kids enjoyed their time at the park, Heard appeared to make the most of the outing herself, staying on her feet and keeping moving.

In the new photos, Heard wears sporty separates suited to an active afternoon. In one look, she pairs navy running shorts with a white tank, dark visor and sneakers. Another set of images shows her in a pink sports bra and coordinating Nike shorts with a white visor and running shoes.

The practical outfits make sense for a mom handling a particularly active park trip. The images show Heard alongside a double stroller, bicycles and her children, with her eldest daughter wearing a colorful Snow White costume during part of the outing.

Amber Heard’s Madrid park day follows her first 10K race

The sporty outing comes during an especially active year for Heard. In June 2026, Heard completed the Norte vs Sur 10K race through Madrid. She subsequently shared a rare social media update celebrating the accomplishment, including a photo with her eldest daughter, Oonagh, at the finish line. People reported that the June 21 event marked Heard's first 10K race.

The race was more than a one-off athletic appearance. Heard has been photographed exercising outdoors in Madrid before, including running in the city, and her affinity for running predates her move to Spain.

Her latest park outing suggests that movement continues to fit naturally into her everyday routine, even when the day's main agenda is entertaining three young children.

Heard is now raising three children: 5-year-old Oonagh Paige and twins Agnes and Ocean, who were born in May 2025 and are now one.

At one point, Heard is pictured standing beside the stroller as Oonagh rides her bicycle nearby. In another moment, she holds one of the younger children beside the stroller while Oonagh, dressed as Snow White, stands close by.

The actress has previously discussed running as an activity she values because it is portable and helps her clear her mind.

Amber Heard has settled into a quieter routine in Madrid

Family outings have become one of the more visible parts of Heard's life in Spain.

She has been based in Madrid for several years and has increasingly been photographed doing ordinary activities around the city with her children. In June, she was seen cycling with Oonagh, while another outing that month showed Heard in workout clothes navigating Madrid with her children and a stroller.

For now, her Madrid routine appears heavily centered on raising her children, spending time outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle.

And with a 10K already checked off her 2026 fitness list, a trip to the playground can apparently double as another opportunity to keep moving.
