Gisele Bündchen is celebrating the most important dads in her life. In a post shared on Father's Day, Bündchen shared various photos of two of the key father figures in her life: her husband Joaquim Valente and her father, Valdir Bündchen. One key missing figure? Tom Brady, the father of two of her kids.
Bündchen shared a post on her Instagram, showing Valente alongside all of her kids: the baby boy they share, and her kids with Brady: Vivian and Ben. She kicks off the post with a photo of herself, Valente, and their baby, with the three on a beach with a rainbow in the backdrop.
More photos show Valente's sweet dynamic with the kids in his life, including a photo of him wearing his Jiu-Jitsu outfit, lying down on a mat with his baby on top of him. He's also seen with Vivian hugging him from behind, and another image of Valente standing back to back with Ben, showing their matching heights.
"Happy Father’s Day Joaquim Valente!" Bündchen captioned the post. "Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency. You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much."
She also added a message for her own father, Valdir, sharing a photo of him and her siblings, with a city as the backdrop. "And dad, thank you for your unconditional love, wisdom, and support through every stage of my life. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there."
Where is Tom Brady?
Bündchen and Tom Brady separated years ago in a much-publicized divorce. The two were married for 13 years, and share two kids, Ben, 16, and Vivian, 13. Brady remains a key figure in the kids' lives, sharing frequent posts about their lives together, including summer break posts and vacation trips.
Bündchen's decision to focus on her father and her husband sparked some comments from her followers, with many referencing him in the comments. "Don't forget the father of your other kids. He helped raise them too," wrote a follower.
"Insane that bro gave up his family for one more year of football," wrote a second follower, referencing the wide held belief that Brady and Bündchen's relationship fractured due to his commitment to his career and his decision to return to football following his first announcement that he was retiring.
