Christina Aguilera knows how to dress for the occasion. As the FIFA World Cup kicks off in the US, Canada, and Mexico, Aguilera was photographed in Los Angeles alongside her long term partner Matthew Rutler, with the two joining in on the Los Angeles celebration following the US win against Paraguay.

Aguilera and Rutler were seen grabbing dinner at the Alba restaurant following the US' historic win 4-1 win against Paraguay, kicking off their tournament in the best possible way.

She wore an edgy and stylish outfit made up of black booty shorts that she paired with fishnet tights, thigh high boots, and a black leather jacket. She completed the look with a black cap, with her blonde hair loose and lightly curled.

Rutler was seen wearing a matching black outfit made up of jeans, boots, a matching top and a jacket.

The US game in Los Angeles was hosted at the SoFi Stadium, hosting all sorts of celebrities. Katy Perry kicked off the show with a joint performance with Tius Luka, a 10 year old Norwegian boy who joins Perry on her song "Wonder."

"I heard his voice in 2023 and was inspired to write the verses for 'Wonder' and added it to my sixth album. Tius is 10 now and flew all the way to LA from Norway to sing this song with me," said Perry in a video message shared on social media.

Jason Sudeikis was also in attendance, introducing the teams as one of the World Cup's ambassadors. He's grown into a pop culture figure in the US after his work in the TV show "Ted Lasso," where he played an American football coach that moves to the UK to coach a soccer team while knowing nothing about the sport.
