Lindsay Lohan is back in the United States and booked and busy. The 39-year-old actress was spotted on set this week while filming Count My Lies in Fort Greene Park, and she looks incredible. On Tuesday, she was photographed shooting a scene with her co-star Shailene Woodley.
Count My Lies marks Lohan's first leading role in a scripted television series. She stars as Violet Lockhart, and Kit Harington plays her husband, Jay Lockhart.
Woodle plays Sloan Caraway, and, according to IMDb, the show is about a compulsive liar who becomes a nanny for a "glamorous couple by deceiving them, unaware she's stepped into a home full of dangerous secrets ready to unravel."
Lohan looked every bit the part of the glamorous wife, literally glowing. For their chat in the park, the wardrobe department chose a fitted graphic tee tucked into a voluminous cream midi skirt, cinched with a sleek belt, paired with woven flats and a structured brown leather tote. The whole look was giving "rich mom in the Upper East Side" energy.
As for Woodley, we will have to wait and see when the show comes out to see if her look is part of the scheme, but she was keeping it practical in pink scrubs layered over a long-sleeve top, with sneakers.
In another moment, Lindsay is standing wearing oversized sunglasses, smiling mid-scene while crew members adjust her hair and wardrobe.
And then there’s a softer shot of her with a child actor, holding onto a scooter.
The series began filming last week and is expected to wrap on July 9, per DailyMail. Lohan has been living in Dubai since 2014, but in March she was spotted arriving in New York City with her husband, Bader Shammas, and their son, Luai. Their return came amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, and it was speculated that she left the country to flee from literal bombs.
But now that she's on set, it looks like her return was for filming purposes. The Parent Trap star has been busy in front of the camera since her multi-picture partnership with Netflix kicked off in 2022, reintroducing her as an actress after decades of highs and lows with her personal life.
It's the only upcoming role for Lohan, according to IMDb.
