Shakira’s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour continues to deliver headline-making moments — and her recent stop in El Salvador added an unexpected twist that fans will not forget. While performing at the Estadio Nacional Jorge “Mágico” González, the Colombian superstar was caught off guard when a fan in the crowd raised a striking mask of her ex, Gerard Piqué.

The timing made it even more dramatic: it happened during her performance of “BZRP Music Sessions #53,” the explosive collaboration with Bizarrap that became her most direct musical response to their 2022 breakup.

The Devil Mask That Got Her Attention

In the middle of one of the most loudly chanted parts of the song, a concertgoer lifted a caricature-style mask of the former footballer. The design was bold and theatrical. It featured flaming eyes, a long red tongue, and red devil horns — a playful but unmistakable depiction.

At first, it blended into the high-energy chaos of the stadium. But the fan moved closer to the barrier, clearly determined to make sure Shakira saw it. She did.

Mid-performance, Shakira glanced toward the crowd, spotted the mask, and instantly reacted with visible surprise before breaking into genuine laughter. The moment lasted seconds, but the stadium roared. She kept singing without missing a beat, turning what could have been an awkward interruption into a lighthearted exchange.

Videos of the moment quickly spread across social media, with fans praising her composure and sense of humor.

The symbolism was impossible to ignore. “BZRP Music Sessions #53” is packed with pointed lyrics about her split from Gerard Piqué. Since the separation became public, music has been Shakira’s vehicle for telling her side of the story. Each line of the track reflects a chapter that once had Barcelona as its backdrop.

Shakira’s reaction reinforced what this tour represents. She is not hiding from her past. She is performing through it, reframing it, and ultimately rising above it.

A Tour That Feels Personal

The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour has turned every stage into a reflection of her evolution. The performances are powerful, but they also feel deeply autobiographical.

As her Latin American leg wraps up on February 27 in Mexico City and continues on April 4 in Abu Dhabi, attention is already shifting toward her next move.

As the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour continues across continents, each show feels like another chapter in a story she is telling on her own terms.

Reports suggest the singer is preparing to return to Spain later this year — though not to Barcelona. Madrid is expected to serve as the logistical hub for her upcoming European tour.

Photographer Jordi Martin, correspondent for El Gordo y La Flaca, addressed the move directly. “She is ready to return starting in October and for several months to Madrid as the epicenter of her European tour, not Barcelona as had been mentioned, due to logistical reasons,” he said.

He also shared details about her children’s plans. “They will have private tutors to continue their classes,” he added, referring to Milan and Sasha, who are expected to travel with her.

As the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour continues across continents, each show feels like another chapter in a story she is telling on her own terms. And if someone tries to bring the past into the spotlight, she is clearly ready to smile, sing louder, and keep moving forward.
