The Princess of Wales revisited a timeless piece from her royal wardrobe for a deeply personal engagement at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
Princess Kate looked elegant in an emerald green midi dress by British label Suzannah London as she spent time with patients, families and hospital staff on Friday, September 11. The meaningful outing marked her return to the hospital where she received cancer treatment in 2024.

She completed the polished ensemble with glossy black slingback heels and delicate drop earrings. A sparkling circular pendant added a subtle finishing touch. Kate wore her long brunette hair down in voluminous curls, while her beauty look remained characteristically natural with softly defined eyes, rosy cheeks and a neutral lip.

Although her vibrant green dress immediately stood out, the purpose behind Kate’s visit was profoundly personal. She met people currently undergoing treatment and learned more about the hospital’s vision for providing holistic cancer care alongside its clinical services.

Funds raised through the Princess’ Three Peaks Challenge will help support the center’s development, enhance patient care and advance research benefiting people living with cancer across the United Kingdom.

The princess undertook the challenge to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and to highlight the wider physical and emotional effects of serious illness.
During Friday’s visit, Kate described the fundraising effort as her “small way” of thanking the hospital for its care.
