Margrethe's appearance is especially significant following a challenging period for the former queen, who has faced a series of health setbacks in recent months.

Just days after leaving the hospital, Margrethe was readmitted when doctors discovered a large blood clot in her hip region linked to a previous fall. Following treatment, she was released in good condition and returned to Fredensborg Palace, where she has continued her recovery.
