Nicole Kidman's eldest daughter is becoming more and more prominent. Sunday Rose, 18, has been featured on the cover of one of the most prestigious fashion magazines in the world. In the interview, she opened up about her parents, Kidman and Keith Urban.
Sunday Rose was on the cover of Vogue Germany, wearing a pink shirt paired with orange details, including an orange and brown vest.
She addressed her parents and her privilege at one point in the interview. “I’m very aware that I’m given opportunities that not everyone can have, and I’m truly grateful to be able to take advantage of them,” she said.
“So when I’m at work, I make sure to always give my best, never come to work with a negative attitude, no matter how tired or jet-lagged I may be, and treat everyone with respect."
Sunday, who grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, revealed that most people know her parents, even if she doesn't intentionally tell them. "Not that many people live in our area, so I think most people just knew when I started school," she said.
Kidman's professional advice
Even though Sunday Rose has known she wanted to be a model since she was young, her parents wanted her to wait until she was older before she began modeling full time and walking on runways.
Rose and Kidman agreed that she would only start modeling when she was 16 years old.
In previous interviews, Sunday revealed some of the tips she learned from her mom. “I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age,” she told Elle Australia.
“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life,” she said. She added that Kidman is “a key part of everything I do.”
When it comes to advice, Kidman has one suggestion: timeliness. “There’s always going to be something with an early call time that you don’t want to get up for, but it’s really important to be on time because it shows that you’re prepared and grateful to be there,” she said.
