Sunday Rose Kidman Urban is celebrating a major personal and professional milestone.
Just one day after walking the runway for Christian Dior's Autumn/Winter 2026 Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week, the rising model officially turned 18 on July 7.
To mark the special occasion, her mother, Nicole Kidman, shared a touching tribute filled with childhood memories.
The Oscar-winning actress posted two throwback photos of Sunday Rose on Instagram, including one of her holding her daughter as a toddler and another showing the birthday girl wearing angel wings while walking away from the camera.
"Happy 18th my angel, you couldn't be more loved," Nicole wrote alongside the photos, adding a heart emoji and tagging Sunday's Instagram account.
The birthday celebration followed a standout fashion moment for Sunday Rose, who returned to the Dior Haute Couture runway for the second consecutive year.
She appeared in the French fashion house's Autumn/Winter 2026 presentation wearing a knitted gray coat accented with baby pink trim, black trousers and white pumps.
After the show, the new 18-year-old reflected on the experience by sharing photos from the runway on social media.
"Dior couture round 2," she wrote. "EEK thank u @jonathan.anderson @ashleybrokaw @benjaminbruno_ for another wonderful show x."
The appearance marked another milestone in Sunday's fast-growing modeling career.
She first made her official runway debut in October 2024 at just 16 years old during Miu Miu's Spring/Summer 2025 show in Paris and has since become a familiar face throughout Fashion Week.
Earlier this year, she also generated headlines when she attended the Met Gala alongside Nicole, despite being 17 years old at the time.
Her appearance sparked conversation because the prestigious event traditionally limits attendance to guests who are at least 18 years old.
The evening was especially notable as Nicole served as one of the gala's co-chairs.
Sunday has previously spoken about the inspiration behind her decision to pursue modeling and entertainment, revealing that spending time on film sets with her mother during childhood played a defining role.
"I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age," she told Elle Australia.
She also praised her mother's influence, adding, "My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She's a key part of everything I do."
In the same interview, Sunday explained that continuing her education has helped her maintain perspective while navigating life in the spotlight.
"The privilege of having these experiences and meeting so many new people is so amazing, but as a teenager, it's so easy to get sucked into all of it so fast," she said.
