Nicole Kidman's daughter, Sunday Rose, had one of the most memorable looks on her prom night. The 17-year-old girl wore a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta gown for her special night, sharing a photo of it on social media.
On her Instagram, Sunday shared a photo of herself sitting on some steps, showcasing the glittery gown she opted for the occasion. The Oscar de la Renta gown was strapless, made up of gray and silver colors, featuring an intricate bodice with floral appliques.
She allowed the gown to be the star of her look, wearing her hair loose and opting for no jewelry.
Sunday Rose's already impressive career as model
While she's only 17 years old, Sunday Rose has begun making a name for herself as a model, revealing that while she wanted to pursue the career since she was a kid, her parents only allowed her to get involved in the business once she turned 16.
"There are two big rules," she said in an interview with Nylon. "The first was that I couldn’t explore any kind of fashion work until I was 16, and the second is that school always has to come first, which at first I hated, but I am actually really glad that I have these rules in place because it keeps me in a good mindset." She made her runway debut for Miu Miu last year, and has starred in its spring/summer campaign.
In another interview, Sunday Rose revealed how important Kidman's advice has been, providing her with inspiration as a creative person. “I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age,” she said in an interview with Elle Australia. “My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do.”
She also shared that her mother taught her some tips on traveling, something that's been a big part of both of their lives. “I’ve travelled my whole life and my mum is a really good traveler, so she has taught me how to be one, too,” she said, “which makes it so fun to travel and enjoy all the different places."
