Kim Kardashian has unveiled her first Halloween costume this year. The media icon has worn numerous memorable Halloween outfits over the years, from Mystique to Cher Horowitz from "Clueless." This year, she's kicking off the season by tributing another memorable figure: North West. The post inspired many shocked reactions, including Khloe Kardashian's.

In a new Instagram post, Kim Kardashian dressed up as her daughter for her first Halloween costume of the year." Halloween 2026," she captioned the post. The photos showed her wearing a long blue wig and a black-and-white outfit made up of an oversized shirt and pants.
Kim made sure to replicate every key detail that's noteworthy of North's look, including the elaborate manicure, the dramatic necklace and bracelets, and even her black teeth grillz.
Khloe Kardashian shared her thoughts in the comments section. "Twins!!!!!!," she wrote. It was a comment that was echoed by Kim's other friends.
"I thought it was Northie for a split second," wrote model Winnie Harlow. "Twins."

“Stop saying I’m demonic," said North at one point. "No, I’m not. Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover.”
Kardashian also pitched in, explaining why onlookers may have that reaction. “Yeah, I feel like people say that because of the black grills and just, like, piercings and stuff," she said.
“But I don’t know why you guys should put that with demonic because I don’t get that,” replied North.
“I don’t think people really get it, but do you care?” asked Kardashian. Later on, Kardashian revealed that North had always been into the aesthetic she now has, ever since she was a little girl.
“When she was a baby, dropping her off at school, all she wanted was her septum pierced and her eyebrow pierced,” said Kardashian. “She would do like a double brow in pre-K going in with fake piercings.”
