Gisele Bündchen looks better than ever. The Brazilian supermodel and icon welcomed a son last year and has continued her impressive and demanding fitness regimen. A new photoshoot shows her hard-earned results.

The most memorable images were the ones that showed her in her underwear, lifting weights. She's seen wearing a matching set of underwear with a lacy and see-through top, lifting a silver barbell. You can check out the photos on her Instagram.
© Getty ImagesBündchen and her workouts are sights that are not surprising for her followers; over the years, she's opened up about her fitness and how important it is for her to move and to try out different exercises that make her feel at home in her body.
“I do weights three times a week. I do Pilates once or twice a week. I do yoga two or three times a week. I work out every day because, for me, working out—I don’t see it as something I have to do. I see it as something I get to do," she told iD.
“It doesn’t matter if I’m surfing, if I’m playing volleyball with my daughter, if I’m paddleboarding. Whatever it is, I feel like it’s a moment of being. Now, for the first time in my life, I can do pull-ups.”

In the interview, Bündchen opened up about becoming a mom at 44 and how it's been easier in some ways due to her mindset. “Having a baby at this moment of my life is such a gift, because I’m in a different place,” she said. “I don’t have anything to prove. I don’t feel like I really, quite frankly, care.”
“I’m not defined by other people’s opinions. I feel like I get to choose how I want to live my life.”
She also revealed that nowadays her work has taken a backseat to her role as a mom. “I say no to 99 percent of the jobs I’m offered because, when I put it on the scale, I’m like, ‘Am I going to miss my daughter’s volleyball game? Am I going to miss going to the park with my son? Am I going to miss my son DJing?’”
Bündchen shares her youngest with her husband, Joaquim Valente. She shares two kids, Ben and Vivian, with Tom Brady.
