According to reports, Kim is personally approving everything that appears on the account, giving fans a glimpse into how she's managing her son's online activity.

The account quickly attracted thousands of followers, with Kim becoming one of its earliest and most visible supporters. She "liked" the posts and left a simple purple heart emoji in the comments, signaling her approval without taking attention away from her son.

Unlike many celebrity children who manage their own profiles, Saint's Instagram comes with parental oversight.
According to People all of Saint's posts are approved by Kim before they go live. At launch, Kim was also the only Kardashian family member following the account, and Saint followed only his mother.
