Jennifer Garner is back at it. After enjoying Halloween, the actress and producer is back to her fitness routine, and she's taking her youngest kids with her.
In photos shared earlier this week, Garner was spotted alongside her children, Fin and Samuel, as the three went on a run along their neighborhood in Los Angeles.
Garner wore a grey T-shirt and tights alongside some white sneakers, with her hair held back in a ponytail. Sam wore a T-shirt and dark shorts, while Fin opted for a dark sweatshirt and grey shorts, resulting in all of them wearing the same tones.
They looked exhausted, clearly committing to their workouts post-Halloween weekend.
Garner and Affleck's co-parenting dynamic
Jennifer Garner shares her children with Ben Affleck. The pair share Sam, Fin, and Violet, who's the eldest and is currently enrolled at Yale University. She began her freshman year in 2024 and has since published essays in her school newspaper, discussing topics like global warming, which matter greatly to her.
Garner and Affleck divorced in 2018, but have maintained a positive co-parenting dynamic, with the two celebrating important dates together and frequently being spotted alongside their kids.
While promoting his most recent film, Affleck revealed that Garner has a great relationship with their children.
“I work hard, and then I go home and pick the kids up from school,” he told Variety. “We have dinner if they agree to hang out with me. They’re with me for a week, then with their mom for a week.” Affleck continued, “They have a great thing with their mom."
“I know things will come up that are hard, and I don’t want to jinx that, but this time in my life as a human being is really wonderful.”
In a recent appearance on the TODAY Show, Affleck called Garner "spectacular" as a mother, even to his own detriment. “Their mom is spectacular, and always makes me feel like I’m coming up a little short,” he said. He shared that he's told his kids that he's doing "about 75% as good as" Garner. Their reply?: "Maybe 40%.”
“I’m maxing out,” joked Affleck. "B+.”
