Gwyneth Paltrow is officially in her TikTok era.

The Oscar-winning actress and Goop founder announced her arrival on the social media platform with a playful introductory video featuring clips of her filming in a variety of luxurious settings—including a few that immediately caught fans' attention.

Paltrow Turns Heads With Stylish Intro Video

The montage opens with Paltrow relaxing in bed beneath crisp white sheets, appearing to wear little more than a pair of gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses and matching gold earrings.

In another scene, the Marty Supreme star is shown unwinding in a bathtub with her blonde hair pulled back while sporting a pair of black-framed aviators.

Throughout the video, Paltrow repeatedly says, "One second, I'm just doing a TikTok," delivering the phrase in several different languages as she's filmed in locations ranging from a helicopter and a private jet to a boat and a lush garden.

She also teased her new account on Instagram, sharing the clip to her Story with the caption, "Apparently I'm on TikTok now."

Back in the Spotlight With 'Marty Supreme'

While Paltrow has spent much of the last several years focused on her wellness and lifestyle company, Goop, she recently returned to acting with a role in Marty Supreme.

The film generated major buzz in 2024 after paparazzi photos of Paltrow kissing co-star Timothée Chalamet on set quickly went viral across social media.

Ahead of the movie's Christmas Day 2025 release, the actress stopped by Good Morning America to discuss the Josh Safdie-directed project.

"I play a retired movie star in the film, who Timothee is sort of... tries to... I think he tries to get her sheen to rub off on him in more ways than one," she told hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos.

Looking back on the internet frenzy surrounding the on-set kissing photos, Paltrow joked, "You should have seen my mommy group chats when the paparazzi pictures came out of us kissing in the park. All the moms were pretty stoked."

Balancing Family, Business and Hollywood

The daughter of late director Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, Paltrow has successfully balanced Hollywood with entrepreneurship through her lifestyle brand, Goop.

She shares daughter Apple, 22, and son Moses, 20, with ex-husband Chris Martin. Since 2018, she has been married to television producer Brad Falchuk.
