Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk been enjoying a sun-soaked vacation in Italy. The couple were spotted on a yacht off the coast of Sardinia, and the 53-year-old actress flaunted her bikini body in a stunning white bathing suit as they took a mini cruise.
In photos obtained by paparazzi, the Goop founder showed off her toned figure as she went for a swim in a cove off the island.
Her 55-year-old husband was seen shirtless in a pair of white swimming shorts as they relaxed on board Giancarlo Giammetti's boat.
At one point, the Gwyneth could be seen scrolling on her phone at the edge of the boat, enjoying the invitation from the 84-year-old Italian businessman aboard his yacht.
Last year, the Iron Man star revealed she had move on from the Paleo diet. She and Brad had adopted the approach - which follows a plan which only features foods that were available in the Old Stone Age - "a few years ago".
However, she started to get fed up with "coffee [for breakfast], bone broth for lunch and vegetables for dinner", and decided to scrap the plan and start going for "sourdough bread, cheese [and] a little pasta".
She is quoted by the Daily Mail newspaper's Eden Confidential column as saying, "Brad and I became Paleo a few years ago now, although I'm a little bit sick of it, if I'm honest. I'm getting back into eating sourdough bread, cheese - there I said it. A little pasta after being strict with it for so long."
Back in 2023, Gwyneth also opened up on how she has embraced intermittent fasting. She told The Art of Being Well podcast, "I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast."
Adding, "I usually eat something at about 12. In the morning, I'll have something that won't spike my blood sugar, so I have coffee. But I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days."
She typically does "one hour of movement" each day, then sits in a sauna before having a dinner of vegetables. Explaining, "It's really just what has worked for me, and it's been very powerful and very positive.
"This is not to say I eat this way all day, every day. And by the way, I eat far more than bone broth and vegetables. I eat full meals, and I also have a lot of days of eating whatever I want. You know, eating french fries and whatever. My baseline has been to try to be healthy and eat foods that will really calm the system down."
