Tom Brady is embracing the start of summer with two of his children, though one important family member was noticeably absent from the celebration.
The retired NFL legend shared a collection of family snapshots on Instagram Wednesday, giving followers a glimpse into his time with son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13.
Brady Enjoys Summer Break With Benjamin and Vivian
In the photos, Brady appeared relaxed in jeans, a baseball cap, and a long-sleeved shirt as he posed alongside his two youngest children. The former quarterback beamed as he wrapped his arms around Benjamin and Vivian, enjoying the beginning of the summer season with them.
While the family outing looked cheerful, Brady acknowledged that his oldest child, John "Jack" Edward Thomas, wasn't able to join them.
A Special Message for Son Jack
The seven-time Super Bowl champion used the post to send a heartfelt message to Jack, who is currently focused on preparations for his upcoming high school graduation.
"Schools out, vibes are high, just missing our super senior Jack... Can't wait to celebrate your graduation with you," Brady wrote in the caption.
Jack, 18, is Brady's son with former partner Bridget Moynahan. Benjamin and Vivian are from his previous marriage to supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
Father-Son Bond Remains Strong
Brady's tribute to Jack comes just a few months after the pair spent quality time together at an NBA playoff game.
In April, the father and son were spotted courtside watching the Miami Heat take on the Boston Celtics, offering another example of the close relationship they have maintained over the years.
Although Brady has stepped away from professional football, family remains a major focus in his life, particularly when it comes to supporting his children's interests and milestones.
Brady Jokes About Embarrassing His Kids
The future Hall of Famer recently discussed his parenting approach during a television appearance, revealing that he is a regular presence at his children's sporting events.
Brady admitted that his enthusiasm can sometimes be a little much for his kids.
"They want me to stand outside the arena when they're playing," Brady joked.
To avoid drawing attention away from his children, he explained that he often keeps a low profile by wearing hoodies and hats when attending games and events. His goal, he said, is to ensure the spotlight remains on them rather than his own celebrity status.
Vivian's Unexpected Friendship Connection
Meanwhile, Brady's daughter Vivian has developed an unexpected friendship tied to one of her father's closest friends and former teammates.
Recently, Camille Kostek opened up about her relationship with Vivian and reflected on the enduring friendship between Brady and former NFL star Rob Gronkowski.
Kostek, who began dating Gronkowski while working as a cheerleader for the New England Patriots, recalled how the couple initially kept their relationship private because of team rules prohibiting romantic relationships between players and cheerleaders.
Brady and Gronkowski went on to become one of the most successful duos in NFL history, winning multiple Super Bowls together with the New England Patriots before reuniting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where they captured another championship.
Brady and Gronkowski's Friendship Hasn't Changed
According to Kostek, the years have done little to change the dynamic between the longtime friends.
"Tom and Rob are forever the GOATs," she told People. "The two of them on the field are a power duo and the two of them off the field are just boys."
She continued: "They're just boys. Honestly, when they spend time and they just throw the ball together, I'm not going with Rob to Tom's house. I see them on FaceTime calls. I hear them talk on the phone. They're so funny."
Despite retiring from football, Brady's life remains filled with family moments, proud parenting milestones, and longtime friendships that continue to thrive long after his playing days ended.
