The past few weeks have been busy for Ricky Martin, who's been fully immersed in his European tour. While he had a scare at one of his shows, he remains enthusiastic about his concerts. He took advantage of a break in his schedule, spending time with his older sons, Valentino and Matteo, who have grown into his inseparable travel companions.

Martin and one of his twins shared photos from the fun outing that officially kicked off their summer vacation.

A Well-Earned Break

"Summer vacation officially starts... NOW!" wrote Martin in one of his posts. Alongside the announcement, he shared a short video showing a young boy from behind as he sent a bowling ball down the lane. While the shot did not show his face clearly, it was clearly Tino, one of his twins, and the one who is more comfortable in the spotlight.

Hours later, Valentino took to his own account to share a glimpse of the outing. He shared a photo surrounded by his friends and his brother Matteo to his 100,000 Instagram followers.

The photos showed Tino holding a bowling ball above his head as his twins and their companions did the same. Although Valentino tagged his brother in the post, Matteo keeps his account private.

Valentino and Matteo: Ricky Martin's Constant Tour Companions

Valentino and Matteo are weeks away from turning 18, with both celebrating their birthday on August 6. The outing with their father comes ahead of Ricky's return to his professional commitments and tour. He has concerts scheduled in Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland in the coming weeks.

Ricky Martin has long spoken openly about how much his sons enjoy traveling with him. "It's wonderful — they don't want to leave. They're with me at all times. I go on tour and they come with me, because we have tutors who travel with us as well. After the pandemic, Zoom makes everything so much easier," he said in an interview with Despierta América.

"I love that we're so close, and that they ask whatever questions they have, with answers that are transparent and honest," he said. He also mentioned his younger children, Lucía and Renn, ages 8 and 7, whom he shares with his ex-husband Jwan Yosef.

"I have Lucía and Renn… I have the energy, and we're healthy, so everything is wonderful."
