David Beckham is celebrating his wife, Victoria Beckham. This past Mother's Day, Beckham shared a photo of a pregnant Victoria, celebrating the special day and their family.
The photo was in black and white, and showed Victoria wearing a tight dress and some sunglasses as she showed off her pregnant belly. “Happy Mother’s Day to the best Mommy," he wrote over the image, adding a couple of heart emojis and the US flag.
In the case of Victoria, she shared a photo of the presents she received from her husband, showing a bouquet of white roses on the table, and casts of all of their children's hands and feet when they were babies: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.
“I love you so much," she wrote, tagging Beckham.
It's been a notorious year for the Beckham family, with their eldest, Brooklyn, revealing on social media that he was estranged from his family and had no desire to reconcile. The statement prompted surprise from the world and an answer to the months-long speculation that surrounded the Beckham family.
Victoria Beckham opens up about her parenting style
Despite Brooklyn's incendiary statements, David and Victoria have yet to address his words publicly. In an appearance on a May episode of the "Aspire" podcast with Emma Grede, Victoria opened up about her parenting style.
"I think that it's very different parenting adult children to parenting smaller children," she said. "I'm just trying to do the best that I can."
"It's my job to make sure that my kids are the best versions of themselves and that they feel fulfilled. I always encourage them to dream big and then dream even bigger."
She also revealed that she and her husband "don't put any pressure on our kids. We just want them to do what they love and to work hard and to be happy."
Victoria opened up about her son Cruz's musical career, which has kicked off over the past year, with him performing in different venues and releasing music videos.
"He's in a band. It's alternative music," she said. "And what does success look like at an early stage is very different to what success looked like for me with the Spice Girls."
"Anything that I could do to support him, to encourage and to help him, that's my job as his mom," Victoria said. "It's never about being pushy or forcing. It's being there to support."
