Eiza González's most embarrassing moment involves J Balvin, a FaceTime call, and no clothes

Eiza González is opening up about one of the most mortifying moments of her life. The Mexican actress is sharing her connection to J Balvin, which turned out to be surprisingly intimate and accidental.

González was recently a guest at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," where she shared the embarrassing story that involved J Balvin. She revealed that she was in the Canary Islands working on a project, enjoying the fact that she was immersed in Spanish and in the land where her ancestors are from. 

"So I'm at this beautiful apartment, and I go, 'Hey Siri, play J Balvin'. And so J Balvin starts playing, and I'm dancing, I'm about to shower, I'm twerking in the mirror, and then the song ends, and then I hear.. 'Hola?'" shared Gonzalez.

"I'm thinking that someone came into the room, so I grab my towel, and I'm covering myself. And I'm like 'Yes?'" Turns out, that while her speaker decided to play J Balvin, her phone FaceTimed him, and he'd been there the whole time.  

"J Balvin is face up, FaceTime on my phone, and I'm butt naked," she said, horrified. "And I'm just like army crawling to not show face. I'm trying to hang up the phone, and he's like 'I know it's you!' or something random like that." To this day, Gonzalez and Balvin haven't acknowledged this exchange.

Eiza González's incredible fitness results

González is currently working on a new film that required a dramatic physical transformation. In new photos shared on Instagram, González showed her progress, revealing that the film, "Iron Jane," is centered on bodybuilding. 

“IRON JANE," she captioned the post. "Welcome to the world of body building. So proud to tell Jane's story and this journey is one very special to me.” The photo showed González flexing as she showed off her toned back. 

The film follows the bodybuilder Janie John, a body builder that finds that the sport "offers her something she's never had: the chance to become untouchable," reports a synopsis from Variety. 

“Coached by a former champion, she begins an extreme transformation, pushing her body past its limits through relentless training, enhancers, and dependence,” continues the post. “As her physique sharpens, Janie rises fast, but her grip on reality fractures. Trapped in a system that rewards perfection and punishes weakness, Janie spirals toward a godlike ideal that's slowly destroying her from within.”
