Kanye West and Bianca Censori are matching North West's energy with a bold new detail. The couple stepped out to support the rapper’s firstborn at her Complex pop-up event, celebrating the release of her debut EP “N0rth4evr,” wearing coordinated dermal piercings.
The move aligns perfectly with North’s ongoing push into boundary-breaking aesthetics and experimental styling. Bianca leaned into sculptural design and exaggerated proportions. Her textured, structured jacket created a dramatic silhouette, while her towering burgundy platform boots added height and a punch of color.
She completed the look with clean makeup, sleek hair, and minimal accessories, allowing the new eyebrow piercing to stand out.
Ye Keeps It Minimal
In contrast to his daughter and wife, Ye opted for a more restrained approach, wearing an all-black ensemble. The “Donda” rapper wore a leather jacket, gloves, and dark sunglasses, giving an almost utilitarian look.
Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband drew attention for the finer details instead, which included a dermal piercing on his cheek.
North West’s EP Launch
The event itself marked a significant milestone for North West. Hosted as a Complex pop-up in Los Angeles, the celebration of “N0rth4evr” brought together a mix of music, fashion, and culture.
The 12-year-old has also been experimenting with both fake and real accessories. In a new music video for her song “#n0rth4ev," she debuted what looks like dermals below her eyes and on her nose.
North does have real piercings. She debuted her first finger piercing in 2025. Then, on February 5, she showcased more than a dozen piercings across her hands and fingers.
Her aesthetic also includes studs and spikes decorating her hands and wrists.
The original piercing, which is a dermal, also known as a single-point piercing, lies flat against the skin and lacks a separate entry and exit point. It sparked immediate backlash, with critics claiming it was too painful and risky for a pre-teen.
She even celebrated her perforations with a song collaboration featuring her father, titled “Piercing on My Hand (Ye’s Version),” rapping, “Piercing on my hand, the other holding bands,” and “I’m not sure I’m crazy / I want more piercings and tats / I love blue hair put it in some plaits.”
When it comes to expressing herself, Kim has made it clear she’s going to let North experiment. Speaking on Call Her Daddy, she explained, “She has a really unique style. She puts me on to so many brands, like she just loves what she loves. And it’s just really fun to see someone be so creative. And also know herself so much.”
After the corset backlash she shared, “I’m like, okay, we’re never wearing that again. Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world. As a mom, you’re kind of like learning at the same time.”
