Pink and Hart share two kids, Willow, 14, and Jameson, 8. She was recently featured on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," where she served as one of the guest hosts. “We actually moved here because I am an amazing mom,” she joked. "And also so Willow could study theater and experience more Broadway.”

On that same episode, Pink had her daughter join her for a performance, with the two singing "Hopeless War," from the musical "The Outsiders," which is currently being performed on Broadway and has been the recipient of various Tony Awards.

Following her guest host stint, the media began speculating that Pink would take over Clarkson's show. She denied these rumors in a statement made on Instagram.

Pink revealed that she and her family are moving to New York to support their daughter's dream

"I'm not taking over The Kelly Clarkson Show," she said. "I'm doing a fun thing for my buddy Kelly, because it's a fun thing. If I wanted a talk show, I would not have to audition. I would just have one, and it would be amazing, not something I'm currently researching or looking for in my busy, busy, busy world."

Pink's daughter Willow has a proven love for musical theater and performance, with her mother supporting her dreams and giving her a platform to sing on numerous occasions, including her own shows

In late February, some outlets claimed that Pink and Hart had split up. Pink took to social media to deny the rumors.

"So I was just alerted to the fact that I’m separated from my husband," she said in a video. "I didn’t know. Thank you for letting me know. Would you also like to tell our children? My 14- and 9-year-olds are also unaware."

"Do you want to want to talk about my accomplishments or do you only want to talk about my supposed demise? So fake news, not true. I love you all."

Pink and Hart have a long history, with the pair splitting up once in the past and inspiring one of Pink's biggest songs, "So What," in 2009. The two later reconciled.

“Long-term relationships are not easy. It is much easier to stay in the solid days and jump from relationship to relationship, because then you don't have to fix the problems that keep recurring," she said in an interview with PEOPLE. "You have to end up fixing yourself; you can't fix the other person. So it can be challenging, and there's good days and there's bad days."
