Ice Spice, one of Taylor Swift's closest friends, wore one of the most memorable outfits in recent memory. Prioritizing lace and white, Ice Spice made a splash in the new "SpongeBob SquarePants" movie.
The 25-year-old rapper attended the premiere of “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants,” where she voices one of the film's characters and is featured in the project's official song, "Big Guy."
For the occasion, Ice Spice wore an outfit that utilizes one of the year's biggest trends: lace and transparency.
Spice wore a white Bluemarine dress priced at $1,589, white and transparent, showcasing her white underwear. The dress has a sweetheart neckline and a ruffled skirt, which showcases her g-string underwear.
She completed the look with white platform mules and a diamond cross necklace, with the biggest touch of her look being her pink and wavy hair, which was easily the brightest and most eye-catching part of the look.
Ice Spice's dream to retire in 10 years
In a recent interview, Ice Spice shared her dream and desire to retire within 10 years, while also being realistic about the economy and her culture as an American.
“I mean, my dream is to be retired by 35, but is that even realistic?” she said in an interview with Nylon. “Probably not. I’m American. We work until we die.” Still, despite her realistic expectations regarding her work life, she's not concerned with struggling with money in the future. “I feel like I’ll be okay my whole time here on Earth because I’m just so good at saving, no matter what happens," she said.
“People who aren’t good at saving scare me!” she added. Even though she enjoys luxury, she prioritizes her financial health and hopes to learn about investment in the future.“I like luxurious things too, which is nice that fame sometimes unlocks cool stuff, but I stick to simple s---," she said
When it comes to her relationships with other musicians, especially women, Ice Spice opened up about the challenges of competing with others, even though she reveals she enjoys a bit of healthy competition for getting inspiration.
One person with whom she never competes? Taylor Swift. "The thing about Taylor is that she keeps it so real," she said. "Not even kidding, but one of the biggest things that I always think about that Taylor said is ‘As long as you keep making music, everything’s going to be fine.'”
