Nicole Scherzinger is giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her training mindset. The 47-year-old star confessed she’s tempted to stop “halfway through” tough sessions, but she’s determined to finish strong.

The singer shared that sometimes wants to quit her workout routines “halfway through”, but she’s determined to achieve her fitness goals. The 47-year-old pop star is known for her sculpted figure, and Nicole has given her social media followers a behind-the-scenes look at the lengths she goes to maintain her enviable appearance.

Nicole, best known for starring in The Pussycat Dolls, the chart-topping girl group, shared a video of her rigorous workout routine on Instagram, featuring a close-up of her calloused hands. 

Alongside the eye-catching video, Nicole wrote on the photo-sharing platform,“Wanted to quit halfway through. Finished anyway. THAT’S THE GRIND!! [muscle emoji] What keeps you motivated??”

Earlier this month, Nicole posted an eye-catching image of herself relaxing in the ocean. The pop star, who is seen sporting a blue bikini in the photo dump, wrote on Instagram: “saltwater therapy [heart emoji]”

Nicole launched a collaboration with Knix in 2025, and she previously admitted that working with the brand was an easy decision.

The chart-topping star, who often posts videos of herself working out on social media platforms, told People, “I felt we were just super aligned when they asked me to be a part of their Better Than Ever campaign and their collection, because it’s just talking about wherever you are, whoever you are, no matter what age you are, where you want to see your life at, just owning, embracing where you are now and your own personal growth.” 

She continued, “It just aligned with everything that I stand for as a human being and as a woman, especially now having this wonderful reignition in my life and my career.”

Nicole loves to wear “workout clothes,” and she’s delighted with the range. The pop star added, “I wear a lot of workout clothes, and I don’t know any clothes that hold you in this way, that support you in this way. Not only does it feel comfortable and really support you, but it’s also just stylistically really cool and chic. I’m a massive fan of their pieces.”
