The Kardashians are back, and the season 7 trailer dropped with more jaw-dropping drama than ever - including a chilling revelation that someone “extremely close” to Kim Kardashian allegedly put a hit out on her life.
In the trailer, Kim, visibly shaken, recalls, “I got a call from investigators. Someone extremely close to me put a hit out on my life." There are clips of her crying as she understandably admits she's “terrified out of [her] mind.”
The moment probably gave Kim whiplash. Kim has been candid about feeling unsafe ever since the terrifying Paris jewelry heist in 2016, when masked robbers held her at gunpoint in her hotel room and stole millions in jewels. She admitted that she thought she was "going to die."
The trailer actually opens up with her getting ready for the trial earlier this year, where eight out of ten defendants were found guilty of crimes.
That incident left her with a very real, lasting fear for her life. This new revelation adds a whole other layer of trauma. Kim has spoken before about how that heist completely changed the way she sees the world. She’s admitted to sleeping with security on high alert, limiting what she shares publicly, and constantly thinking about safety for herself and her children.
Of course, it’s not all true-crime-level suspense. Khloé calls out Kourtney for “never having anything nice to say these days,” while Kourtney claims she’s just dealing with her own negativity.
Kris Jenner also shows off her new facelift, and her journey trying (and failing) to find her zen - “Listen, you little mother—” she snaps, before admitting Khloe quips her journey has a long way to go.
Meanwhile, Kylie and Kendall get sentimental, saying goodbye to a family house packed with memories, like sneaking boys into the house. But they weren't the only ones bringing the male energy, Khloe admitted, "I had sex in a few of these rooms.” Kendall, baffled, asks, “With who?”
Travis Barker makes an appearance alongside Kourtney as the couple travels together, while the family navigates tricky dynamics around including Caitlyn Jenner in events.
Kendall speaks up for her dad, saying she believes she should be included in events even though Kris has a hard time with. The Olympian eventually makes an appearance after not doing so for years.
Fans are also getting some rare cameos. Rob Kardashian makes a first appearance in nearly a decade, and Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Scott Disick is there too.
