The actor shared a sweet tribute for his girlfriend, Caitlin O'Connor, commemorating her 36th birthday with various photos that highlight their dynamic, including O'Connor's tight bond with Bubbles, Manganiello's beloved Chihuahua dog.

Manganiello and O'Connor have been together since late 2023, with the two often sharing updates of their relationship on social media.
According to a source close to the couple, Manganiello and O'Connor have been celebrating her birthday on a three-week vacation they labeled a "birthday tour."
"They went to San Domenico Palace — the hotel from White Lotus season 2 in Taormina, Sicily — and then Oahu, Hawaii, for a week before spending their last week in the Florida Keys at Little Palm Resort," said the source to PEOPLE.
The source claims O'Connor was thrilled over her birthday plans. "She had the best birthday ever," they said. "Joe is very sweet. He did a good job [planning everything]. He’s amazing."

She organized a dinner with his friends and family, organizing a themed cake for his favorite Football team. “She had custom Steelers cakes,” said the source. “One was lemon and one was mocha.”
She also gave him a birthday gift that referenced Mr. 0, the character that Manganiello will be playing on the Netflix show "One Piece."
“His birthday gift from Caitlin was a custom-made solid gold crocodile pendant,” they said.
