Princess Charlene brought a soft, romantic touch to her latest appearance with Prince Albert II, choosing a white dress with delicate floral detailing for a celebration honoring one very special young citizen.

The couple attended a reception at Monaco City Hall on Wednesday, September 30, in honor of baby Anna, whose birth helped the principality reach the milestone of 10,000 Monégasque citizens.

The occasion offered both an elegant fashion moment and some particularly sweet photographs of Charlene with the guest of honor.

For the engagement, Charlene wore a sleeveless Carolina Herrera jacquard midi dress. The design featured a rounded neckline, a fitted bodice, and a gently flared skirt, with a slim matching belt defining her waist.

The standout detail was its tonal floral pattern. Rather than introducing a contrasting color, the oversized flowers added texture to the white fabric, giving the otherwise simple silhouette a subtle decorative finish.

Visible in the close-up photographs, the botanical motif brought a romantic quality to the structured dress.

Charlene complemented the look with neutral pointed-toe slingbacks, seemingly Jimmy Choo’s Love 85 style in the shade Chai. The understated shoes kept the focus on the dress and its intricate surface.

Small pearl stud earrings and a swept-back blonde hairstyle completed her ensemble. In another photograph, the princess held a bouquet of pink and white flowers, adding a soft burst of color to her monochromatic outfit.

Some of the most memorable images, however, captured her interaction with Anna. Charlene smiled as she lifted the baby in front of her, while Albert watched nearby.

Other photographs showed the princess leaning toward Anna and gently holding her tiny hand as the infant rested in her mother’s arms.

According to the palace’s announcement, Anna was born in June. Monaco City Hall confirmed that her registration brought the national citizenship register to 10,000 for the first time, prompting the reception with her family and the princely couple.

The celebration took place in City Hall’s wedding room, with Mayor Georges Marsan and municipal representatives also attending. To commemorate the occasion, Anna’s family received a medal from Prince Albert and a symbolic diploma from the mayor.
