Princess Kate's sweet exchange with a young patient:

Before the conversation turned to 'Shrek,' Ejran had innocently asked Kate whether she was "the queen's daughter." The Princess gently corrected him before immediately turning the attention back to the young patient.

"No, I am Princess of Wales," she replied. "Very nice to meet you. I've come to see the amazing work that is going on here, meet special children—very brave children, like yourself."
