Dressing like a royal doesn’t require a closet full of priceless jewelry or ornate gala gowns. In their daily lives, they have work commitments and packed calendars filled with the same type of office meetings that we all experience, which is precisely why Queen Letizia's wardrobe, for instance, has become a popular source of inspiration for modern women.

We’re seeing the same thing with Charlotte Casiraghi. In this new chapter of her life as a writer following the debut of her book La Grieta, she’s been leaning into a series of "office siren" looks that are as simple to replicate as they are effortlessly elegant.

Charlotte Casiraghi arrives at the Paris Book Fair at the Grand Palais, debuting a refined, minimalist aesthetic that mirrors her new career as an author.

For her first appearance as an author at the Paris Book Fair held at the iconic Grand Palais, the very same venue that hosts Chanel’s runway shows, Casiraghi opted for a minimalist, sartorial-inspired look. It’s a move that confirms the stylistic pivot we’ve been seeing from her throughout 2026.

Her new uniform follows a simple, back-to-basics formula that is no less fashionable: a structured blazer ranging from relaxed and lightweight to sharp and cinched, depending on the vibe; a classic button-down in crisp white or soft pastels; fluid, pleated trousers; and polished, sensible footwear like ballet flats or loafers.

The Surprise Accessory Breaking Her Top Style Rule

Charlotte (almost) never wears earrings. In fact, she has made that specific brand of minimalism a core pillar of her personal style. Fashion psychologist Ángela Parra previously broke down what this omission reveals about Casiraghi’s personality. "The absence of this accessory isn't about austerity; it’s about intention," Parra explained. " She opts for a presence that doesn't compete or demand attention. Her style doesn't seek to make an impact through a single detail, but rather through the total coherence of the look. She understands that excess creates noise; when there’s too much decoration, the essence becomes diluted. She chooses 'less' so that what truly matters can stand out."

On this occasion, however, she surprisingly opted for a pair of medium-sized, sleek gold hoops. They served as the perfect finishing touch without overwhelming the look, acting as a subtle point of light to soften her oversized navy suit for the morning event.

It’s these tiny, blink-and-you'll-miss-them details, the ones with undeniable impact, that she has mastered to perfection. She knows exactly how to incorporate them so seamlessly that they almost go unnoticed, when in reality, they change everything. The result is a clean, sophisticated ensemble that practically screams "less is more."

New Romance, New Career Moves... and a New Look!

Just this April, Charlotte went public with her relationship with writer Nicolas Mathieu while enjoying a sun-drenched day of tennis in Monaco at an ATP match between Italy’s Jannik Sinner and the Czech Republic’s Tomas Machac. They made two appearances at the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters, and on both occasions, Princess Caroline’s eldest daughter reached for her now-signature tailored separates and a classic button-down.

Is this outfit, perhaps, her new uniform for her reimagined chapter as an author? It certainly seems so, and frankly, no one wears this corporate, androgynous, minimalist aesthetic better than she does. Charlotte has consistently embodied natural, effortless elegance throughout her public life. It’s a sharp contrast to her mother, Princess Caroline of Monaco, who consistently flirts with '80s-inspired maximalism through vibrant palettes, rich textures, and bold statement jewelry.

Charlotte’s wardrobe is so understated that, as mentioned, she almost never wears earrings. Instead, the majority of each look relies on the cut of her blazers, shirts, and trousers, as well as her choice of sunglasses, which are often Chanel.
