Meghan Markle couldn’t resist sharing a glimpse into her family’s Easter celebrations, granting her followers a rare look at her growing children. The Duchess of Sussex posted a series of photos and videos showing how she, Prince Harry, and their kids spent the holiday at their Montecito home in California. The biggest surprise was just how much Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, have grown.

Captioning her post with a simple “Happy Easter!”, Meghan offered a snapshot of their fun family traditions. In one clip, she's seen feeding her chickens leafy greens and vegetables before heading to the coop, with her brown clogs taking a leading role, to collect fresh eggs. The ritual is one she's discussed before, revealing that she often has so many eggs that her family shares them with their friends and neighbors.

But her post's standout moments feature Archie and Lilibet, with the two kids racing across the family's garden, baskets in hand, as they hunt for chocolate Easter eggs. The Sussex household embraced the classic tradition of hiding sweets and eggs for the children to hunt, something they clearly enjoyed.

Lilibet was captured wearing bunny ears and holding on to her stuffed animals, an adorable highlight of Markle's post.

Beyond the festivities, the photos highlight just how much the children have changed. Now 6 and 4, Archie and Lilibet are noticeably taller and full of energy, with both boasting their signature red hair, inherited from their father.

The images also offer a rare look at the family’s impressive Montecito estate, complete with lush greenery, a chicken coop, wide-open lawns, towering trees, and even a small stream and lake, making for an outdoor paradise for the American-based grandchildren of King Charles III.

Lilibet looked adventurous and stylish, dressed in a floral summer dress and walking barefoot. Meghan also shared a look at her kids' creativity in the kitchen, where they were seen decorating Easter eggs. Archie appeared to have mastered the craft. Using a device called the “Dinomazin egg decorator,” he carefully added colorful stripes with markers, showing some impressive coordination for his age.

For the Sussex family, there was no need to travel this Easter. Between the sunshine, traditions, and time together at home, the holiday was filled with simple joys.

While Meghan and Harry continue to keep their children’s faces private, these glimpses offer subtle updates on their lives far from the U.K., where they’re being raised outside of royal protocol. Across the Atlantic, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, attended the traditional Easter Sunday service at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
