Princess Madeleine of Sweden has shared a new photo of her children. On July 31, the Swedish royal posted a sweet summer snapshot of her son Prince Nicolas, 10, and daughters Princess Leonore, 11, and Princess Adrienne, 7, to her personal Instagram.

The royal siblings were photographed outdoors with their dog Teddy. "Happy Summer!" the mom of three simply captioned the photo.

"Oh, how big they have become. Leonor looks just like Madelene 🩷," one Instagram user commented on the post (translated to English). Another wrote (translated to English), "What a beautiful picture of the children, they look so happy and cheerful, they also have wonderful parents. Happy summer! 💕☀️🇸🇪."

Madeleine and her husband Christopher O'Neill moved to Sweden with their children last summer. Prior to the move, the family had been living in Florida since 2018.

It was announced in 2023 that Madeleine and her husband had decided to "relocate to Sweden indefinitely" in August that year. However, their move to Stockholm ended up being postponed until 2024.

Princess Madeleine admitted in a 2019 interview with Mama, "The children have been looking forward to coming to Sweden for such a long time, to their rooms and to their things. But also because we are outside so much more here than we are in Florida. It's so hot there, and you can only be outside for short periods, so for them to be able to be out in the forest and run around, it's a dream. And it's something that I have really missed myself."

Earlier this year, Madeleine told RTL News' Frauke Ludowig that it "was lovely" to come back to Sweden after living abroad for so many years. The Princess said, "I mean, I love [the] U.S. It's always going to be a big part of me. I met my husband there. We had our first child [Leonore] in New York, so it's always going to be a very special place for us, but both Chris and I, we have our families in Europe, so we felt after a while that it's, you know, it's time to move back home closer to our families and it was lovely."

She added, "I've been abroad now for 15 years, so it was about time to move back home."
