In early June, CASA ¡HOLA! returned for a special edition inspired by the excitement surrounding the 2026 FIFA World Cup. From the heart of Miami, we kicked off the countdown to the world’s biggest sporting event with an memorable evening filled with special moments and distinguished guests at the iconic Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant in the heart of South Beach.
The gathering marked the start of a season when soccer will take center stage across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It was only fitting that we brought together the best of culture, music, and sports to celebrate alongside our premier partners.
J.P. Morgan, the world’s largest financial services and investment banking institution, served as the evening’s presenting partner, while Johnnie Walker elevated the experience with its superb portfolio of spirits. Guests were also treated to exclusive gifts from I.C.O.N., the internationally renowned haircare brand known for its innovative formulas and professional products.
Distinguished Guests
With World Cup fever already beginning to build, this latest edition of CASA ¡HOLA! found its inspiration in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will take place from June 11 through July 19 across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. As has become tradition, we brought together an exceptional mix of leaders from entertainment, business, music, and the arts.
Guiding the evening was Isabella Echeverri, former Colombian National Team player, whose natural charisma and commanding presence set the atmosphere for the celebration. With the same professionalism that defines her work as a broadcaster, sports journalist, and official analyst for Colombia’s National Team on Telemundo Deportes, Isabella led the program with elegance, making certain every moment reflected the spirit of the event.
Ernesto Plata, Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, also took the stage to celebrate the partnership between two leading brands and highlight the shared commitment to excellence, discipline, and quality that continues to unite us.
Nagidmy Márquez, Chief Content Officer of ¡HOLA! Americas, spoke about the publication’s continued leadership and influence as a top voice in lifestyle journalism. She was followed by a warm welcome from Germán Yunes, founder and host of Donatella.
The evening’s welcome toast was led by María Claudia Garrido, Business Development Director at Diageo, representing Johnnie Walker. It marked the moment when the celebration truly came to life and set the stage for an unforgettable night of music and connection.
Even though an unexpected Miami rain shower appeared, it did little to dampen the atmosphere. The warmth and energy shared among our guests created the perfect setting for them to enjoy Donatella’s acclaimed cuisine. For five editions now, the restaurant has graciously hosted our cultural gathering, becoming an essential part of the CASA ¡HOLA! experience.
Musical Performances
Dinner was not a pause in the evening’s momentum but an organic continuation of the experience. Curated by Donatella, the culinary journey proved as thoughtful as it was tasteful, with every detail carefully considered. Amid lively conversations, music, and spontaneous toasts, the atmosphere effortlessly transitioned into a series of performances by artists we proudly consider part of the extended CASA ¡HOLA! family.
Music has always been a fundamental element of CASA ¡HOLA!, and we are honored to showcase artists who generously share their talent and creativity with our guests. This edition featured three rising stars whose songwriting and artistry have earned them a place among today’s most exciting young performers.
The first to take the stage was Fabian, son of acclaimed Peruvian singer-songwriter Gian Marco. At just 22 years old, Fabian has already carved out his own identity within the Latin pop landscape. In 2025, he released Niño Bueno, a two-part album divided into Lado A and Lado B, exploring the experiences, challenges, and coming-of-age moments of his generation. During this exclusive pre-World Cup gathering, Fabian performed his song “Pared.”
Now signed to Universal Music Latin, Fabian has built an artistic vision rooted in contemporary pop and deeply personal storytelling. Raised in a family of artists, he has forged his own path through talent, authenticity, and a captivating stage presence that won over the audience from the very first note.
Next came Colombian singer-songwriter Annasofia, who captivated guests with both her powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence. Blending alternative pop, R&B, and rock influences, the Latin Grammy-nominated artist has quickly emerged as one of the industry’s most promising talents. During the evening, she delivered special performances of “BULLA” and “Déjame Intentar.”
Born in Costa Rica and raised in Colombia, Annasofia is a rare musical talent whose abilities extend far beyond singing. A multi-instrumentalist, she began playing drums at age seven before mastering guitar, piano, and bass. She is also a graduate of Universidad de los Andes’ music program. After relocating to Miami, she signed with Arthouse/Universal Music Latino and released her debut EP, Primer Intento.
Closing the night on a high note was the extraordinary Alemor, whose beauty was matched only by her outstanding artistry. The Colombian singer-songwriter effortlessly moves across genres, though pop and R&B remain her natural creative home.
A three-time Latin Grammy nominee and Grammy nominee, Alemor delivered deeply moving performances of “Tiempo” and “Kintsugi,” showcasing not only the profound emotion of her music but also her impressive ability to imitate the sound of a trumpet with her voice. In 2023, she released her debut album, Beautiful Humans Vol. 1, an exploration of vulnerability, self-love, sadness, and the great joy which defines the human experience.
Once again, CASA ¡HOLA! at Donatella reaffirmed its essence: a space where luxury is expressed with effortless sophistication, where culture and meaningful connections coexist, and where every event leaves a lasting impression. Even the rain, rather than interrupting the evening, seemed only to heighten its magic.
