For the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards on September 14, 2026, Isaac arrived at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles wearing Celine. The actor paired a white double-breasted jacket with black trousers, a crisp white shirt and a matching white cummerbund. An Audemars Piguet watch finished the ensemble.

Black tuxedos are virtually guaranteed on an awards-show carpet, so Isaac's decision to reverse the usual formula immediately made his look more interesting.
Instead of a dark jacket over a white shirt, he wore creamy white tailoring on top and grounded everything with dramatically contrasting black trousers. CNN Style singled out Isaac and Noah Wyle as two men who reinterpreted black-tie dressing through lighter colors at this year's ceremony.
The jacket is the star. Its double-breasted construction gives the outfit structure, while the slightly elongated proportions keep it from feeling like a conventional dinner jacket. The wide lapels add presence without requiring another attention-grabbing element.
