Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon apparently have a thing for watching major sporting events together, especially when a championship is on the line.
The couple stepped out for another sporty date night on Sept. 12, attending the US Open women's singles final at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York. Pitt and de Ramon watched Elena Rybakina take on two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka, with the actor also taking some time to snap selfies with fans before the match.
By the end of the night, they had a front-row seat to a new chapter in women's tennis history.
Rybakina defeated Sabalenka in three sets, 6-4, 5-7, 6-2, claiming her first US Open championship and third Grand Slam title.
Another Grand Slam, Another Date
The US Open outing wasn't the first time Pitt and de Ramon have found themselves courtside for a major women's tennis final this year.
Back in June, the couple traveled to Paris for the French Open women's final at Roland Garros. On June 6, they watched 19-year-old Mirra Andreeva defeat qualifier Maja Chwalinska 6-3, 6-2 to capture her first Grand Slam title.
The Paris appearance also gave fans a glimpse at the couple's coordinated date-night style. Pitt kept things laid-back in a pale-blue shirt and beige trousers, while de Ramon wore a cream embroidered dress with an olive-toned leather jacket.
The two were photographed smiling and leaning toward each other as they watched the action from Court Philippe-Chatrier.
Three months later, they were doing it all over again, this time in New York.
Pitt Was Busy With the Fans
Their US Open appearance was decidedly more low-key than their usual Hollywood outings.
Before taking their seats, Pitt was spotted posing for selfies with spectators around the stadium. Once the match got underway, he and de Ramon settled in among a star-studded crowd that included Amy Adams, Elizabeth Banks, and former US Open champion Maria Sharapova.
Apparently, if you're going to watch a Grand Slam final, you might as well make it a celebrity-packed affair.
They Also Had a World Cup Date
Tennis isn't the only sport that's been on the couple's date-night calendar.
In July, Pitt and de Ramon attended Spain's World Cup quarterfinal against Belgium at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. They were joined by Spanish stars Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem as Spain picked up a 2-1 victory.
De Ramon fully embraced the occasion, wearing Spain's colors and sporting face paint to cheer on the team. Pitt, meanwhile, showed up in a Team USA top despite the United States having no part in the quarterfinal matchup.
The sporting event streak has been going strong for a while. The couple attended the British Grand Prix at Silverstone together in July 2024 before making their red carpet debut at the Venice International Film Festival that September.
Pitt and de Ramon were first romantically linked in 2022.
Things Are Getting More Public
Their relationship has also become noticeably more visible in recent months.
Following Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's July wedding, de Ramon reportedly shared photos of herself with Pitt on her Instagram Story. TMZ characterized the post as the couple going Instagram official, marking another step toward making their relationship a little less private.
For now, it looks like their favorite way to spend time together is sitting in the stands, cheering on some of the biggest sporting events around.
