Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos are celebrating a major relationship milestone in paradise.
The newlyweds marked their first wedding anniversary on June 27 while vacationing aboard Bezos' 416-foot superyacht, Koru, near Fiji's Yasawa Islands, where they have been spending time with family.
Lauren commemorated the occasion with a romantic Instagram post featuring a dreamy sunset over the ocean alongside the heartfelt caption: "Home is wherever I'm with you. 6.27.25."
She also shared another glimpse of the anniversary getaway on Instagram Stories, posting a sparkling beach view that further hinted at the couple's tropical celebration.
The milestone comes exactly one year after Bezos and Sánchez exchanged vows on June 27, 2025, on the historic island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice, Italy.
Although they were legally married in the United States beforehand, the couple hosted a lavish three-day wedding celebration in Venice from June 26 through June 28 that drew worldwide attention.
The estimated $50 million event welcomed around 200 high-profile guests, including Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brady, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Gates, and members of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
For the ceremony, Sánchez wore a custom Dolce & Gabbana corseted white lace mermaid gown before changing into a pink Atelier Versace dress for the couple's "Dolce Notte" themed celebration at the Venetian Arsenal.
Despite the lavish festivities, Sánchez later revealed that one of the most emotional moments of the weekend came from a speech delivered by one of her sons, who reflected on their family's journey overcoming dyslexia. She said it became the most meaningful part of the celebration aside from marrying Bezos.
One year later, the couple appears to be celebrating in a much quieter setting, swapping Venice's star-studded festivities for a private escape aboard Koru.
Since saying "I do," Bezos and Sánchez have embraced a whirlwind year filled with philanthropy, international travel, fashion appearances, and family milestones while balancing life with their blended family of seven children.
In May, the couple served as honorary co-chairs of the 2026 Met Gala, where Sánchez made headlines after completing an intense New York Fire Department training workout ahead of fashion's biggest night.
Just weeks after their wedding, they attended the exclusive Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference in Idaho, where Bezos debuted his new silver-haired look.
They later spent much of the summer cruising through Europe aboard Koru, making stops along the South of France and Ibiza, where they were spotted dancing with friends, including Leonardo DiCaprio.
Away from the spotlight, the couple has remained deeply involved with the Bezos Earth Fund and the Bezos Day One Fund, continuing to support climate initiatives and programs addressing homelessness.
Sánchez has also continued expanding her children's book series. Her third title, 'The Fly Who Flew to the North Pole,' is scheduled for release in November 2026 and focuses on children who learn differently.
The past year has also brought personal milestones. In August 2025, Sánchez became an empty nester after taking her son, Evan, to begin his freshman year at the University of Miami.
More recently, she sparked headlines during an interview with The New York Times when she joked that she "would have a baby tomorrow" with Bezos, fueling speculation about the couple's future family plans.
