Rosalía has been spotted in Barcelona just hours after postponing several dates on the U.S. leg of her LUX Tour due to what organizers described as a "family emergency."
The Spanish singer arrived at Barcelona-El Prat Airport on Thursday after flying from Miami, marking her first public appearance since the unexpected announcement that forced her to delay three upcoming North American concerts.
According to footage obtained by Spanish television program 'Vamos a ver,' Rosalía kept a low profile as she made her way through the airport.
The singer was dressed entirely in black and wore her hair down, opting for a comfortable and understated travel look following the news.
The 33-year-old was accompanied by her sister as she exited through the airport's private parking area. Reports from the program also indicated that Rosalía traveled back to Spain with members of her team, who were seen arriving alongside her.
Her appearance came shortly after Live Nation announced that the singer would postpone scheduled LUX Tour performances in Miami and Orlando because of an urgent family matter. The affected dates include June 4, June 6 and June 8, with organizers asking ticket holders to retain their tickets while efforts are made to reschedule the shows.
In a statement, Live Nation said Rosalía "must postpone her upcoming concerts" due to a "family emergency." No additional details have been provided, and both the promoter and the singer's team have requested privacy.
At this time, the exact nature of the family emergency remains unknown. Neither Rosalía nor her representatives have publicly disclosed further information about the situation.
Before the sudden change of plans, Rosalía had been spending time in Miami ahead of the North American leg of her tour. Earlier this week, she shared photos from the Florida city on Instagram alongside the message, "Miami, I'm back."
The postponement affects only three dates for now. According to the current schedule, the tour is still expected to continue later this summer, including a stop in Bogotá on July 16 before concluding in Puerto Rico in September.
Rosalía launched the LUX Tour in March following the release of her fourth studio album, Lux. The global trek has already taken her across Spain and several European countries, including France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
