Garner co-founded Once Upon a Farm with the clear goal of provide high-quality, organic nutrition for kids using sustainable methods, but her mission goes beyond business. Despite her success, she makes time to help deliver meals to kids facing food insecurity. 

She’s also personally invested in growing food, encouraging fresh ingredients, and making clean eating part of everyday life. In 2025, she even made headlines after sharing tips on growing perfect pumpkins for fall.

Jennifer is also an advocate of the importance of reducing ultra-processed meals and making food choices more intentional.

Jennifer Garner Lives a Family-First Lifestyle

At the center of Garner’s life is family. During interviews and public appearances, she consistently shows the importance of prioritizing co-parenting with Ben Affleck, motherhood, school routines, and quality time with her kids—even if it is just taking her son to get a new passport.
