The red carpet in Los Angeles was buzzing on April 9, 2026, with stars like Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan gracing the premiere of 'Beef' Season , but it wasn’t the human celebrities who stole the show. It was Jones, a pint-sized dachshund with a golden collar and a personality as big as the cameras flashing around him.

From the moment he stepped onto the red carpet, Jones captured hearts. He posed like a pro for photographers, even standing on his hind legs to make sure everyone got a good look. Footage of his debut quickly went viral, with fans everywhere calling him the total scene-stealer of the night.

On screen, Jones brings the same charm and presence that made him a star off-screen. In 'Beef' Season 2, he plays the loyal companion to one of the main characters, offering comfort and lightness amidst the tense drama of a high-stakes country club.

Though his role is small, his impact is undeniable, bringing moments of warmth, levity, and even a little comic relief to a story filled with conflict, favors, and intrigue.

'Beef' Season 2:

Unlike the first season, this installment takes an anthology approach, presenting a completely new story with a star-studded cast led by Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan.

The action moves from the parking lots of Los Angeles to the exclusive grounds of a country club in Ojai, California. At the center of the story is a young couple of club employees, played by Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny, who witness a shocking and violent confrontation between their boss, Joshua (Oscar Isaac), and his wife, Lindsay (Carey Mulligan).

This incident sparks a tense web of blackmail, favors, and manipulation as both couples compete for the approval of the club’s wealthy owner, Chairwoman Park (Youn Yuh-jung).

Creator Lee Sung Jin describes this season as an exploration of passive-aggressive behavior in the workplace and the generational divide between millennials and Gen Z.

The season also features Song Kang-ho as Dr. Kim, the Chairwoman’s second husband, and brings back Ali Wong and Steven Yeun as executive producers. The eight episodes, each around 30 minutes long, will be available in full on the day of the premiere, accompanied by an original score composed by the acclaimed Finneas O’Connell.
