It's a classic - chicken and rice. He also shared a look into his music tastes, revealing he's a Luis Miguel fan, setting the video to the Mexican singer's famous, "Ahora Te Puedes Marchar."
Joe rocked short shorts similar to what Arnold would wear in the late 60s and 70s as he got down in the kitchen. His chicken looks well-seasoned, juicy, and flavorful, likely making his ancestors proud. He ate it with rice, roasted asparagus, and a somewhat sad salad with olive oil and mustard.
But it's not just the work he's doing in the kitchen that is helping him before the show. His dad, Arnold, has been in the gym with him. This week, Joe posted a gallery of photos of them with the Terminator star looking like his coach while he pumped some iron.
