The 34-year-old niece of Princess Diana turned heads in a glittering, jewel-adorned mini dress at the glamorous event, which also drew big names such as Naomi Campbell and Clara McGregor. To complement her dazzling outfit, Kitty — the eldest daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and cousin to Princes William and Harry — paired her sleeveless dress with sparkling silver stilettos.
Adding a playful touch of colour, the socialite carried a plush pink velvet handbag. Her blonde hair was swept back into a polished ponytail, while her makeup featured a glowing base, rosy lips, and a sweep of orange shimmer across her eyelids.
Earlier that day, Kitty had joined a host of celebrities at Dolce & Gabbana’s runway show, where Naomi, 55, and actress Meryl Streep, 76, were also in attendance.

Just last week, she posted a series of snapshots to Instagram from her trip to the South of France with her husband, Michael Lewis, 66, who seldom appears in her social media updates.
