Lady Kitty Spencer radiated elegance as she stepped out for the Dolce & Gabbana afterparty during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday evening.
The 34-year-old niece of Princess Diana turned heads in a glittering, jewel-adorned mini dress at the glamorous event, which also drew big names such as Naomi Campbell and Clara McGregor. To complement her dazzling outfit, Kitty — the eldest daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and cousin to Princes William and Harry — paired her sleeveless dress with sparkling silver stilettos.
Adding a playful touch of colour, the socialite carried a plush pink velvet handbag. Her blonde hair was swept back into a polished ponytail, while her makeup featured a glowing base, rosy lips, and a sweep of orange shimmer across her eyelids.
Earlier that day, Kitty had joined a host of celebrities at Dolce & Gabbana’s runway show, where Naomi, 55, and actress Meryl Streep, 76, were also in attendance.
For the presentation, Kitty opted for a refined black lace gown with sheer long sleeves and a plunging neckline. She added an edgy twist with an oversized leather jacket draped over the ensemble and accessorised with diamond earrings. A black gemstone-studded handbag and sky-high strappy stilettos finished off the look.
After spending part of the summer on a lavish getaway to the French Riviera, Kitty appears refreshed and ready for the busy fashion season.
Just last week, she posted a series of snapshots to Instagram from her trip to the South of France with her husband, Michael Lewis, 66, who seldom appears in her social media updates.
In the photos, Kitty exuded sophistication in a breezy cotton shirt-and-shorts set, styled with oversized sunglasses. Her South African multimillionaire husband, dressed similarly in a casual shirt and shorts, looked delighted as he shared a dance with her before the pair engaged in a lively conversation.
