Gwen Stefani celebrated her son Zuma’s 17th birthday by sharing a series of photos on Instagram, including one that shows the teenager looking strikingly similar to his stepdad, country star Blake Shelton.

The 55-year-old singer, who also shares sons Kingston, 19, and Apollo, 11, with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, 59, posted the sweet pics on Thursday, August 21st, giving fans a glimpse of Zuma’s milestone celebration.

The carousel featured Zuma over the years, from when he was a baby to now, as well as clips of him performing a cover of Zach Bryan’s 2024 song Dawns while playing the acoustic guitar at their home.

But in one photo, the youngster - who is an aspiring country singer - transformed into a mini-me version of his stepdad, Blake, as the pair posed together.

Zuma has a mullet, just like the one the country singer had in the early 2000s.

Gwen captioned the carousel with: “Happy birthday to our sweet and talented Zuma!! We love u soooo much!! ❤️”

In another clip in the carousel, Blake could be seen proudly introducing Zuma onstage at his bar Ole Red in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

The eight-time Grammy Awards nominee became Zuma, Kingston and Apollo’s stepdad in July 2021 when Blake and Gwen got married at a chapel on his Oklahoma ranch.

And Blake loved teaching them country music. He told ET in 2024, “I get to teach them the country, you know, and I love that."

“Whether it’s music, whether it’s literally getting out, getting their hands in the dirt or being out on the ranch, seeing the animals, whatever, you know?"

“I absolutely love being the person that gets to introduce them to that stuff.”

In that interview, the God’s Country singer shared that his mindset when he became a stepdad. He explained, “I learned quickly, not because anything happened, but just, you know, reading the room, you’ve really got [to think], ‘I have to take a step back."

“When people say it’s not about you anymore when you have a kid... I think, if you’re doing it right, it’s not about you anymore. “That’s true.”
