Neymar's partner sparks marriage rumors with confusing message after the footballer denies wedding claims.

Bruna Biancardi, Neymar’s girlfriend, has stirred speculation after suggesting the two are already married—just months after the Brazilian footballer denied any such claims. In January, Neymar made a triumphant return to his childhood club, Santos, following an injury-plagued and short-lived but financially rewarding stint in the Saudi Pro League.

Amid his comeback, reports emerged in March from Brazil alleging that the 33-year-old football star was preparing to marry his longtime partner, Biancardi. Neymar swiftly shut down those rumors in an interview, stating he was unaware of any such plans.

"There's nothing planned yet," he said. “Tell me the date so I can at least get ready!”

Despite that dismissal, a recent social media interaction has reignited the conversation. On Saturday, Biancardi engaged in a Q&A session with her 13.7 million Instagram followers. When one fan asked when she was planning to get married, Biancardi replied with a cryptic six-word response: "We are already married on paper."

Although Neymar has often referred to Biancardi as his “wife” in public, it appeared the two had not legally formalized their relationship—until now. The couple welcomed their first child together in 2023. However, during her pregnancy, Neymar admitted to infidelity and issued a public apology in which he confessed he “made a mistake.”

Biancardi ultimately chose to forgive him, and the pair are now expecting another child. Yet fresh allegations have again put their relationship under strain. According to Brazilian outlet Leo Dias, Neymar allegedly attended a party earlier this year with 20 escorts, leading to suggestions of further unfaithfulness.

Meanwhile, the Brazil international is currently battling COVID-19 for a second time, having previously tested positive while playing for Paris Saint-Germain.

In a statement, Santos FC confirmed his condition: "With a viral condition that began on Thursday (June 5), Neymar Jr. underwent laboratory tests, after evaluation by the Medical Department of Santos FC, which confirmed infection by Covid-19," the club said. "The player had already been away from activities since Thursday, when he began showing symptoms, and remains resting at home and undergoing symptomatic treatment, as determined by a doctor."
