For months, speculation has followed Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner everywhere they go. Are they on again or quietly cooling off? Are they fiercely private or subtly making a point? Now, the pair have decided to make their relationship public as the awards season continues.

And according to multiple sources, they are already living like a married couple. While there is no secret wedding, insiders say the Oscar-nominated actor and the beauty mogul have been sharing a home in Los Angeles for more than a year.

Chalamet is said to be actively involved with her children, Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, whom she shares with Travis Scott.

One source told Page Six the pair are so intertwined that “it’s like they’re basically married already.” The insider added that they are “obsessed with each other and always together,” a dynamic that has reportedly extended into Jenner’s family life.

That domestic reality sits in contrast to the way their relationship has unfolded in public. Chalamet and Jenner have spent much of their three-year romance dodging questions, declining interviews, and avoiding overt declarations of affection.

But awards season has changed the tone. Over the past week, Chalamet has repeatedly put his feelings on display on some of the biggest stages in Hollywood.

At the Golden Globes on Sunday, where he took home Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture Comedy for 'Marty Supreme,' Chalamet thanked Jenner directly. “To my parents and partner, I love you. Thank you so much,” he said, as cameras caught Jenner watching from the audience.

At the Critics Choice Awards, the message became even more personal. After thanking his collaborators and director Josh Safdie, Chalamet turned his attention to Jenner once again.

“And lastly, I'll just say, thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.” Jenner was seen mouthing back, “I love you, too,” after the couple shared a celebratory kiss.

Despite the recent openness, Chalamet and Jenner have maintained firm boundaries.

The sudden surge of public affection raised eyebrows, particularly because it followed recent reports that the couple had split. Just two months ago, sources claimed they were in a cooling off phase. “They cool down and they heat up,” one insider previously told the Daily Mail. “Before the premiere, they were in the cool-down cycle. They hadn't returned each other's stuff, they hadn't blocked each other, they were taking a breather.”

Despite the recent openness, Chalamet and Jenner have maintained firm boundaries. In a 2024 interview with British Vogue, Jenner explained why. “Privacy is so important to me in life,” she said.

Chalamet has been just as guarded. During a recent Vogue profile, he shut down questions about his love life entirely. “I will not talk about” the romance, he said. “I don't say that with any fear, I just don't have anything to say.”

The couple’s history stretches back further than most fans realize. They first met as early as 2019 at Nobu Malibu through their mutual friend, designer Haider Ackermann.

They were later spotted together in early 2023 during Paris Couture Week, before going public that September when they were seen kissing at a Beyoncé concert.

Behind the scenes, sources say Chalamet has become a grounding presence for Jenner after a life spent growing up fast in front of cameras.

Since then, their appearances have been carefully curated. In December, they turned heads at the 'Marty Supreme' premiere in matching orange Chrome Hearts looks, a rare coordinated red carpet moment.

Whatever doubts once surrounded their relationship, Chalamet and Jenner appear to be building something steady, shared, and deeply entwined, even if they choose to keep most of it behind closed doors.
