Catherine Zeta-Jones is celebrating her youngest daughter's 22nd birthday. In a moving tribute shared on Instagram, Zeta-Jones wished Carys the best in her new year of life, sharing various photos of her beautiful daughter over the years.

She concluded the post by adding an image of her daughter's face, bearing a striking similarity to both of her parents, Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas.
Accompanying the images was a sweet tribute. "Happy Birthday to my darling daughter Carys. 22 today!!! You are the joy of my life," reads Zeta-Jones emotive caption.
"I love you to Neptune and back. May this year bring you everything you dream of. Mama."

As Carys celebrates her 22nd birthday, she prepares for one of the biggest moments in her life: her college graduation. She's scheduled to graduate from Brown University in a few months, where she'll graduate with a degree in International and Public Affairs.
While that career suggests her desires lie apart from her parents' passions, Carys appears to want to do different things with her life, including following in her parents' footsteps when it comes to pursuing an acting career.
Carys starred in her first short film in 2022. Last year, she starred in another project and is scheduled to appear in another short this year, titled "Shell."
© Getty ImagesShe has two older brothers, Dylan, and Cameron. The latter is the son of Douglas and his first wife, Diandra Luke. Her and Dylan both want to be actors, even though they were warned about the pitfalls of the career by their parents.
“If you are successful in business, it’s not an easy way in. In fact, one has to prove oneself more," said Zeta-Jones in an appearance on "The Drew Barrymore Show."
“Even with that deterrent my kids are like, ‘No, sorry we still want to do it.'"
