Jennifer Lopez lit up the Brentwood Country Mart during a festive outing that looked straight out of a holiday romantic comedy. The multi-talented superstar was spotted flashing her iconic smile while wrapping up some last-minute Christmas shopping. Accompanied by her assistant and a dashing bodyguard, JLo exuded effortless charm as she browsed for holiday treasures in one of Los Angeles' most beloved shopping spots.

The "On the Floor" singer epitomized casual glamour in a chic yet cozy ensemble. She wore a stylish oversized tweed coat layered over a classic white crop top, wide-leg denim, and pristine white sneakers. Her outfit struck the perfect balance between comfortable and sophisticated. J.Lo completed the look with oversized sunglasses and a sleek black handbag.

Jennifer's ever-watchful and undeniably handsome bodyguard added to the scene's cinematic appeal. Sporting a tailored black blazer and jeans, he carried a festive shopping bag marked with "Peace, Love, Books" as he kept pace beside her.

Despite the season's hustle and bustle, Lopez appeared relaxed and in high spirits. At one point, she was spotted laughing with her assistant.

The pair's relationship is merely professional despite Lopez and her ex, Ben Affleck, still proceeding with their divorce. The actors which confirmed their split following rumors about their marriage struggles, are reportedly ready to move on with their lives and start a new chapter 

While their divorce seems imminent, they plan to continue being in each other's lives. “They have every intention of continuing to be in each other’s lives despite not being romantically involved,” a source told Page Six about their relationship status. “Ben and Jennifer are still connected, and they do communicate when it involves their kids," the insider detailed to the publication. The two stars “have a mutual respect for one another,” which is “not something that goes away” overnight. “Obviously things haven’t been the same, but they have a lot of history,” the insider explained.

“Ben and Jennifer remain amicable whenever they do see each other," the source added. "They’re still close with each other’s children, and even though they don’t have a co-parenting type of relationship, they still feel like a blended family in a lot of ways.” 

Another source told the DailyMail that Lopez is not looking to date. "She is focused on her work and wants 2025 to be the year she gets back to being herself. She isn't actively looking to date right now and is still processing losing Ben again," the insider added.

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, and Jennifer Lopez put family first

On Friday, December 13, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, and Jennifer Lopez reunited to support their children in a school play. According to TMZ, Affleck and Garner's 15-year-old child, Fin, performed in the production, while Lopez's 16-year-old child, Emme, which she shares with Marc Anthony, had a different duty. 

Though it's unclear whether the three stars interacted during the event, onlookers noted that Affleck briefly conversed with Emme before departing.

Garner, who is currently dating businessman John Miller, has made family her top priority. A source previously told PEOPLE, "Jen truly just wants her kids to be happy. She will continue to make sure that they spend time together as a family and include Ben."
